These Terms govern your use of services provided by Scott Productions Limited, trading as VisualE ("VisualE," "we," "us"), incorporated in New Zealand.
VisualE provides real estate media production, including photo staging, colour grading, and related AI-assisted enhancement services.
Final edited images are licensed to the client for marketing and promotional use in connection with the relevant listing. VisualE retains ownership of its staging methodology, editing techniques, and any software or automated systems used to produce deliverables.
With the client's separate, explicit consent (requested at signup), VisualE may use anonymised data derived from submitted images to improve its AI-assisted staging and editing systems. This consent is optional and not a condition of using VisualE's services.
VisualE provides media production services only and does not guarantee any sale outcome, sale price, lead volume, or marketing result.
Complimentary trial services are limited to the scope and duration stated in writing at the time of offer and create no ongoing obligation beyond that period.
Features marked "early access" or "beta" carry no uptime, availability, or quality guarantee until they exit early access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
