VisualE collects property images, listing details, and contact information you provide to deliver our services.
If you join the public website waitlist, we store your email address, when you joined, and that it came from the public website in a separate private waitlist record. We use your address to contact you about VisualE access and relevant build-progress updates. Joining does not create a software account or subscribe you to the general newsletter. You can ask us to remove your address at any time through our Contact page. Any future commercial email will identify VisualE as the sender and include a working unsubscribe option.
Media you upload is stored in our hosting provider's managed cloud storage. To produce your deliverables, images are processed by trusted third-party AI providers (currently Replicate and OpenRouter, hosted in the United States) solely to edit and quality-check your media. Access to your project media is limited to members of your workspace.
We do not sell client data to third parties. With your separate, optional consent, we may use anonymised versions of images you submit to improve VisualE's own AI staging and editing systems.
